By using the Tiny Touches website and purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully.

1. Orders and Payment

  • All orders are final once placed.

  • Payment is processed securely through our payment provider.

  • Prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

2. Handmade & Personalised Products

  • All items are handmade and personalised. Every effort is made to ensure quality and accuracy.

  • Minor differences in colour, grain, or finish may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our products.

  • Buyers are responsible for checking that all personalisation details (names, dates, spelling) are correct. Tiny Touches is not liable for errors provided the details submitted were used as received.

3. Lead Time & Shipping

  • Most items have a production lead time of 5–7 business days. Larger or more complex items may take longer.

  • Once production is complete, orders are shipped via The Courier Guy.

  • Standard delivery within South Africa: 3–7 business days after dispatch. International delivery: 7–21 business days, depending on location.

  • Total delivery time = production lead time + courier transit.

  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • All personalised items are made-to-order and generally cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

  • For damaged, defective, or incorrect orders, please contact us at info@tinytouches.co.za within 7 days of receipt. We will assess the issue and provide a replacement or refund if appropriate.

  • Non-personalised items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the website — including designs, images, text, and logos — is owned by Tiny Touches.

  • Copying, reproducing, or using our designs without written permission is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Tiny Touches is not liable for delays caused by courier services, including The Courier Guy, customs clearance, or unforeseen shipping issues.

  • While we take care in production and shipping, Tiny Touches is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.

7. Governing Law

  • These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of South Africa.

  • Any disputes arising from these terms or your purchase will be subject to South African jurisdiction.
