Tiny Touches Return & Refund Policy

At Tiny Touches, every product is handmade and personalised with care. Because each item is unique, please read our policy carefully before ordering.

Personalised Products

  • All personalised items (engraved, customised, or bespoke) are made-to-order and cannot be exchanged or refunded unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@tinytouches.co.za with photos of the issue.

  • We will assess the problem and, if confirmed, provide a replacement or full refund.

Incorrect Orders

  • If there is an error in your order (wrong product, incorrect personalisation), contact us immediately. We will work with you to correct the mistake or provide a replacement.

Non-Personalised Products

  • Returns or exchanges for non-personalised items are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging.

How to Request a Refund or Exchange

  1. Email info@tinytouches.co.za with your order number and details of the issue.

  2. We will guide you through the next steps.

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
