At Tiny Touches, every product is handmade and personalised with care. Because each item is unique, please read our policy carefully before ordering.
Personalised Products

All personalised items (engraved, customised, or bespoke) are made-to-order and cannot be exchanged or refunded unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@tinytouches.co.za with photos of the issue.

We will assess the problem and, if confirmed, provide a replacement or full refund.
Incorrect Orders

If there is an error in your order (wrong product, incorrect personalisation), contact us immediately. We will work with you to correct the mistake or provide a replacement.
Non-Personalised Products

Returns or exchanges for non-personalised items are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging.
