Delivery via The Courier Guy

After production, your order is shipped using The Courier Guy.

Standard delivery within South Africa: 3–7 business days after dispatch.

International delivery: 7–21 business days, depending on the destination.

Total delivery time = production lead time + courier transit.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Any customs or import fees for international orders are the responsibility of the buyer.
Tracking Orders

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor delivery through The Courier Guy.
Lost or Damaged Items

If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, contact us at info@tinytouches.co.za. We will liaise with The Courier Guy to file claims and arrange a replacement if appropriate.
